Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen delays with the carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
If you would like to ship items to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address. We do not offer split shipments for a single order.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Peak Beauty Academy is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs processing. If you experience a significant delay, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country’s customs office for more information on these fees.
